The body of Christ

To equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up. Ephesians 4:12.

Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all share the one loaf. 1 Corinthians 10:17.

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 1 Corinthians 12:27.

So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. Romans 12:5.
